Congrats on your new position at Vaya Health! We are so excited to have you join the team.

This page will guide you through this benefits website to learn about the benefits offered, allow you to enroll, and equip you to use your benefits after enrollment.

NOTE: YOU ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS FROM YOUR HIRE DATE TO ENROLL! OTHERWISE, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT OR A QLE (QUALIFYING LIFE EVENT).

Step 1: Review Available Benefits

Before enrolling, review the benefits offered to our employees using the enrollment/benefits guide and policy information pages below.  This will help guide you to certain products you might be interested in electing.

Step 2: Enroll in Your Benefits

IMPORTANT: This is required within 30 days of your hire date to elect in benefits. Otherwise you must wait for a QLE (Qualified Life Event) or Open Enrollment.  You may also be treated as a late entrant on certain products if you do not enroll.

To enroll you have 2 options.

Option 1: Self Enroll*

Go to: https://aflacatwork.com/enroll
User ID: SSN (no spaces and no dashes)
PIN: Last 4 SSN + Last 2 Birth Year

*NOTE: If self-enrolling you MUST SIGN with your PIN at the end of the enrollment session.  Click the next button all the way to the end.  If you do not sign with your PIN, elections will not take effect!

Option 2: Call our Call Center (counselor guided enrollment)
