Medicare Part D Notices Are Due Before Oct. 15, 2023!
All employers must provide the applicable creditable or non-creditable notice to all Medicare-eligible participants – including current employees, dependents, COBRA beneficiaries, and retirees – at least once a year prior to the Medicare Part D open enrollment period, which begins on October 15th.
