Open enrollment is a great opportunity to explore and take advantage of the benefits that your employer offers. Without reviewing and making changes during open enrollment, you may miss out on important benefits or end up with coverage that does not fully meet your needs. Review your options below on how you can enroll at open enrollment.

New Hire Enrollment Information

As a newly hired employee, enrolling in benefits is a crucial step to ensure your well-being and security. View how to enroll as a new hire by clicking How to Enroll.

**You have 30 days after your hire date to enroll. Failure to do so will delay enrollment until the next annual open enrollment.**

How to Enroll

Visit the link below to Self-Enroll in benefits. 

*NOTE: You MUST sign with your PIN at the end of the session and click the next button at the end. Elections will NOT take effect if you do not use your PIN.

User ID: SSN

Password: Last 4 of SSN + Last 2 of Birth Year

Review & Update Your Information & Benefits Online

Follow the instructions to review your information and benefits year-round through the online enrollment platform.

Username: SSN (no dashes or spaces)

PIN: Last 4 of SSN + last 2 of birth year (Example: Jane Doe, 123-45-6789, 01/01/1974; PIN: 678974)

Once logged in, you will be greeted with the Welcome Page.

Personal Information: On the top right, select You & Your Family tab and then Personal Information. Here, you can review and ensure your information is up to date for your upcoming open enrollment (i.e. dependents and beneficiaries, email address, phone number, etc.).

Update Beneficiaries: On the top right, select You & Your Family tab and then Life Events. Select I wish to change the beneficiary of one or more of my benefits.

Current Benefits: On the top right, select You & Your Family tab and then My Benefits to view your current elected benefits. To print off or review your benefits summary, click Review Forms That I Sign, which is located to the right of the screen.
