How to Print Insurance Card(s) & Biometric Screening

To print SHBP insurance card(s):

1. Go to bcbsga.com/SHBP

2. Click Member Support

3. Click Get an ID Card

4. Log-In

5. Click My Plans

6. Click ID Cards

7. Select card(s) to print

To print Biometric Screening:

1. Go to https://bewellshbp.com

2. Scroll down to click Biometric Screening

3. Click “Get Screened by Your Doctor”

4. Click “Download Your 2022 Physician Form”

5. Key in your information

6. Print and take to your doctor

New Hire Enrollment Information

As a newly hired employee, enrolling in benefits is a crucial step to ensure your well-being and security. View how to enroll as a new hire by clicking How to Enroll.

**You have 30 days after your hire date to enroll. Failure to do so will delay enrollment until the next annual open enrollment.**

How to Enroll

Visit the link below to Self-Enroll in benefits. 

*NOTE: You MUST sign with your PIN at the end of the session and click the next button at the end. Elections will NOT take effect if you do not use your PIN.

User ID: SSN

Password: Last 4 of SSN + Last 2 of Birth Year

REMEMBER: The Annual Enrollment Period is the only time you are able to make changes to your benefits. Changes outside of this timeframe are only permitted if you experience a Qualified Event outlined by the IRS. If you should experience a Qualified Event, you have 30 days from the Event Date to make a change to your benefits.
