How to Enroll
NEW HIRES ARE ELIGIBLE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING DATE OF HIRE.
You have the option to self-enroll in your benefits through the online enrollment platform or by calling the call center. Visit the link below and follow the onscreen instructions to self-enroll or dial the call center at 1-833-862-4341 (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm)
If this is your first visit to the site, your PIN is the last four digits of your SSN plus the two digit year of your birth. For example, if the last 4 digits your SSN are 1122 and you were born in 1968, your PIN would be 112268. You will be required to change your PIN when you first log in to the website.
