New Hire Enrollment

The Annual Enrollment Period for Guilford County Schools new hire employees are available for 30 days from your hire date. During this time, you may self-enroll using our new online enrollment platform!

REMEMBER: You only have 30 days from your hire date to enroll. After this you must wait until the Annual Enrollment Period, the only time you are able to make changes to your benefits. Changes outside of this timeframe are only permitted if you experience a Qualified Event outlined by the IRS. If you should experience a Qualified Event, you have 31 days from the Event Date to make a change to your benefits.

and a licensed benefits counselor will be able to assist with elections or changes to your benefits.

Flex Benefits Online Enrollment
